Visa Options

Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa (Subclass 482)

Short-Term Stream:

  • For occupations on the Short-Term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL).

  • Valid for up to two years (or four years if an international trade obligation applies).

  • Renewable once onshore.

 

Medium-Term Stream:

  • For occupations on the Medium and Long-Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).

  • Valid for up to four years.

  • Provides a pathway to permanent residency.

 

Labour Agreement Stream:

  • For employers who have entered into a labour agreement with the Australian government.

  • Tailored to specific industries or regional needs.
